Mcdonald's - San Jose

I've ordered curbside pickup three times, and each time they never brought the food out to my location. My friends and I waited for 15 minutes in the designated spots until I finally went inside to get my order myself. The food was there, but they just didn't bring it out! What is going on?

I was not satisfied with the service at this restaurant. While it is very clean and the staff are often large in stature, the cashier, in particular, needs more assistance. Every morning, he makes my coffee incorrectly, and I'm not sure why.

The food and service are excellent, unless you happen to be overly critical or don’t grasp the concept of quick dining. It’s frustrating to see how some customers can be rude, affecting the staff's well-being and performance.

I have no words for the weird experience I just had. I have never seen employees this slow and irritated. These women were yelling at each other in front of us as we waited forever for our food. I know there are less workers at night but dang get your act together. Never come here unless you are desperate!

Filet of fish was dried out under breading and barely warm. Tasted day old. Two bites and it was tossed.
