The morning I was at McDonald's I had just dropped off my daughter at the airport. I bought a couple sausage and egg Mc Muffins. Walked out front and a homeless man was sitting on the curb. He was looking cold and hungry. I had an opportunity to buy him some food. Instead, I gave him mine. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I had to place my order three times and the lady was difficult to understand. I had to reorder at the drive-thru. My drink was incorrect and the original lady argued with me. It was not a smooth ordering process. However, on a positive note, the manager I spoke with was very helpful. View all feedback.

The coffee I ordered with two creams and two sugars was fresh and delicious.
I had to return to the restaurant to retrieve my forgotten sandwich. There is no need to rush so much that the staff forget to ensure the order is complete and accurate.
I really like the number 7 drive-thru, although they could improve on their speed. However, waiting doesn't really bother me.
I went to McDonald's and it lived up to my low expectations.
