Definitely a good place to come back! I find the teriyaki sauce great to be, the salmon tasting really good, and all cooks are very friendly. Tonkatsu is definitely up to the standard for a good Japanese restaurant. Also the salad is great as an appetizer. All in all, it was a great experience. View all feedback.

It used to be good Japanese restaurant but now it’s just ok. Curry is not good as before. Disposable utensils make me feel like I’m eating in a fast food restaurant View all feedback.

The tendon is good. The Katsu Curry Rice is ok. The pork katsu is a little bit too dry.Food: 4/5
When dining in, one has to order and pay using their website (convenient QR code is provided) before being served, which means one is tipping based on expected service. While the employees at the restaurant are friendly enough, there is effectively no service as one needs to clear out the table when done, in addition to getting water for oneself. Furthermore, the serving utensils provided for dining in are the same as for takeout (disposable plastic), so the restaurant doesn't even have to hire dish washers. One is basically eating at a cafeteria, so I'm unsure what I'm paying tips (upfront) for.Food was pretty decent for the price (we had 2 types of udon, and katsudon), so by all means, do the takeout; but be wary of the default 15% setting for tips when dining in.
Overall a solid restaurant if you’re looking for authentic Japanese food. My wife and I ordered the katsu spicy curry and Katsu don and both were very tasty. They also give large portions which was nice. The curry was amazing; it was very flavorful and accurately spicy (would not suggest ordering this if your spice tolerance is low). It’s served on the side so you can choose to dip your katsu into the broth or pour it on top of your rice. The katsu don was tasty, but not like katsu don from Japan. There was not too much dashi flavor and the meat and rice was on the dryer side. Still yummy, though. My wife and I sat indoors, but several people sat outside. We overheard them enjoying how they watched the sun set while eating their meal.Regarding service, you are required to order your meal online through a QR code, so make sure you have a charged phone with you!
Love this place. So easy to sit down and order via the QR code at the table. The staff is so friendly, and the food is so tasty! We always get the pork or chicken curry meals and honestly it is enough for almost 2 meals. Highly recommend this place!Food: 5/5
