Chipotle Mexican Grill - San Jose

This place doesn't close at 10 o'clock as stated; they actually close nearly an hour earlier. The service is disorganized, and I'm left wondering where the management is.

The new garlic steak strips are overpriced and tough. They were over-marinated and cooked to the point of being a muddy mess. Additionally, they couldn't locate my order, even though my name was clearly displayed. It was quite frustrating.

I'm not sure why the sign on the door says this place closes at 10 o'clock because I arrived at 9:35, and it was already closed. I really don't appreciate having my time wasted like that.

Came in half an hour before closing, and terrible service. the worker said a whole list of ingredients they claimed not to have as the other workers take away those objects when they are obviously still available.

I'm seeing the 1 star reviews and clearly they are from entitled people that have never worked in the food service industry. I went to pick-up my order today and was greeted with kindness! The food is on point and I'll definitely be returning. Keep up the awesome work and thanks for all your help!
