Asian Box - San Jose

Always love eating at this Asian Box--so many healthy options on the menu and there's lots of clean seating. My go-to is the workout. The five spice chicken is always consistently tasty!

The 3% surcharge was ?temporarily? added over a year ago. They promised to remove it ?as soon as we are able to?. Things have been completely back to normal for a while, but yet they still keep it. I will stop coming until this is addressed ? this hasgone on long enough without explanation. I much would prefer if they just raised their marketed prices, instead of adding a?hidden? fee. Other restaurants don?t add a 3% ?overhead? charge over their advertised prices.

Food is very delicious but the lady cashier isn?t nice, she?s very rude and not friendly to all. I don?t feel like going back to this restaurant anymore. Men employees are nice though, I don?t know what?s wrong with their lady worker.

Joanna is the manager here and she is awesome! We ordered the Banh Mi and Miss Jones boxes and the food was fantastic. The meats were very tender and juicy and the veggies were fresh and tasty. We'll keep coming here for the great food and fantasticcustomer service!

I thoroughly enjoyed the food, the variety of dishes, and the friendliness of the staff. I just wish they had locations in Fairfield, Vacaville, or Napa, California!
