Matteo knows how to make his guests feel at home with his smile, his sympathy, availability, but especially with his kitchen. the menu is a wonder at km zero, the position from 10 and its donkeys are one more beautiful than the other, species ciuchino, cute coconut. absolutely recommended!

I stayed with friends at the farm grabbia for Sunday at lunch, very nice place, wonderful landscape. we ate very well, the smell in particular really exceptional. thank you very much to marika and matteo, very kind and very good. we will definitely come back to have lunch outside! recommended!

Case secolari sul Monte Sopra san Giovanni Bianco. Bellissima location, Matteo e Marica ti accolgono come in famiglia, salumi e formaggi del posto, buonissimi i casoncelli, tagliatelle fatte in casa davanti ai nostri occhi e condite con un ragù d'asino buonissimo. Per i vegetariani un risotto alle verdure di stagione stra buono cottura del riso perfetta. Ci si ritorna sicuramente. Dimenticavo dolci in assaggio tutti fantastici, caffè fatto con la moka. TOP

Bravi. Ma proprio bravi. Siamo arrivati da lontano per fare una gita in zona e abbiamo deciso di pranzare qui. Il locale si presenta in modo molto caratteristico, in un casolare in pietra. L'area da pranzo all'aperto è splendida, con un'area sotto il portico ed una in un prato adiacente. La vista è molto bella e si vedono le valli della zona. Il cibo è da 10. Abbiamo seguito il menù degustazione proposto, che comprendeva antipasti (formaggi, salumi e antipasti locali), assaggi di 3 primi (casoncelli, tagliatelle alle verdure e risotto), un secondo (asino e polenta taragna) e vassoio di dolci (torte, tiramisù e semifreddo allo yogurt). Il cibo ci è sembrato da subito abbondante e genuino, con sapori molto autentici, di casa. I piatti erano abbondanti, molto saporiti e ben presentati. Il servizio è stato ottimo ed abbiamo sentito molto forte la passione del cuoco e padrone di casa per il suo lavoro ci ha persino invitati in cucina a conoscere i suoi piatti. Persona solare, gentile e di grande conoscenza della cucina che propone, ci ha trasmesso la sua immensa energia; tanti tantissimi complimenti! Altra nota positiva le cameriere, una anche padrona di casa, bravissime, veloci e molto gentili! Il caffè servito con la moka è stato, per noi, il tocco di classe finale. L'unico nostro rimpianto è di essere lontani, a 2h di auto, ma torneremo sicuramente, magari anche per un'occasione speciale. Bravi, bravi, bravi.

We were three for lunch at Grabbia and left delighted. It had just started snowing when we arrived and the cozy ambiance of the restaurant was a great start. All of the food was very local, most homemade or homegrown/raised there at the agriturismo, and the owner was happy to answer all of our questions about the different dishes. The highlight of our meal was the goose raised on their farm. We also loved the leek quiche, smoked goose cured meat and casoncelli. We could tell as we ate that they cook course by course and serve everyone at the restaurant at same time. There isn't much choice of what exactly you eat, and there is a lot of meat, but there was a big variety of plates. Would definitely return!
