It 's okay, called beach bar but is just an Italian version of the Hard Rock bar. After owner 's reaction; First of, I love my Hard rock/metal, and I didn 't intend to talk you down, that 's something you did yourself. I think that The Hard Rock Café is actually a good franchise, and the comparison was intended as a compliment. The only thing I didn 't like, or understood, was the beach bar aspect as I have, like you insinuated, never visited the states. I gave your bar three stars because your waiting staff was new, did his best, but didn 't know a lot and didn 't get any real help by the owner/colleague. As I 've worked in hospitality myself for ten years, I think the most important thing is to properly teach and assist new staff. After your interesting reaction, I 've even been thinking on downgrading it, but this wasn 't part of my initial experience, so I won 't. But, Rock on!

Beautiful place, tasty and excellent burgers. Excellent welcome as well as the service, good beers and, rock lover, beautiful music. If I want to eat a hamburger and listen to great music in Bergamo I go to Massy
Ghe ne mia de Bale!! The best burger in BERGAMO!! Fantastic both the regular and MAXI!! Every time I pass through Bergamo my taste buds light up and dream!!!
