What V doesn't like about Gozitan:
I can only say that it was average, but if you want to try traditional Maltese dishes, you can try it. The fish cakes and fish soup were good, but the main course of pan fried rabbit was so dry and salty that I had to keep drinking water. The portions were quite large and the serving was slow. Tasty food, quick and friendly service. Came here based on reviews for good Maltese food. 2 mains: rabbit stew and lamb, cheese starter, fries and bottle of wine was €67. The portion of fries were disappointingly small. Whilst a bit on the expensive side, it is in a touristy area but the flavours were great. We even got to try some traditional Maltese desserts, fig pastry and date ice cream. View all feedback.
