Have been enjoying this Sichuan Szechwan restaurant since 2017. Love their food, especially the spicy boiled fish, snow pea sprouts, and the cold deli bar choices. Attractive remodeling since the scamdemic plandemic peak, too. View all feedback.
What Daniel Siu (Rick) doesn't like about Spicy City:
Hair found in Water Boiled Lamb. Extremely disgusting. I am a short hair and this is a long hair. Surely doesn’t belong to me.The shop refunded this item and gave me 10 USD. Will you eat a soup with hair in it for 10 USD? View all feedback.

What a shame, this Sichuan cuisine is completely unauthentic. It used to be very authentic and delicious, but now it tastes just average. They actually put zucchini in the pickled pepper kidneys, which is really unheard of. While waiting for the food, I saw a man coming out of the kitchen who spoke Northeastern dialect, and I had a hunch that he was not authentic. Sure enough. I used to have very authentic Sichuan cuisine here probably 4-5 years ago. They had a huge and diversified menu selection. However, yesterday I found out the menu has way less stuff on it now and have become so boring and dishes tasted so mediocre and not authentic. Sichuan cuisine is supposed to be exploding with strong smells of chillis, Sichuan peppercorns and other spices and very flavourful. I guess they have changed either the chef or the owner altogether. Sorry to see an authentic Sichuan restaurant went downhill during these years. The waitress was very nice though.
Pickled cabbage and shredded pork noodles, why don't you just give me instant noodles? Isn’t it delicious if I eat it at home?
Great place. Their is parking under ground if you can't find any upstairs. The fish is the best!
