The parking is plentiful here. The seating is super crowded, and difficult to maneuver through the restaurant. The prices were pretty reasonable as were the portions. The main complaint that I have is that the floors are sticky, the tables are sticky, the condiment bins are sticky and the bathroom seemed like they have never cleaned it ever. I came for lunch on a Sunday and we ordered a few items. Sour spicy soup, fried chicken, fried seaweed fish, tofu and veggies, and also XLB. I did not like the soup much, it was too sour. My family also thought so too. But one order of soup is exactly 5 bowls full. The spicy salt fried chicken wings was pretty standard to how all the other cafes make it. This order came with around 10-12 wings I would say. The fried seaweed fish was swai coated in some seaweed and fried in tempura batter. The plate was huge! But I wish there was more seaweed to it. Steamed tofu came out with veggies inside the dish as well. Overall, it's not bad because each plate is huge and full of food. So you will get your moneys worth here! Located in the San Gabriel supermarket plaza.

Don't go to the bathroom. Then this place is fine.
It's one of our favorite places. the place is not from the extraordinary . we have tried various dishes from their menu and have never been disappointed. my family loves the seaweed and the rice cake dishes. the staff is always friendly, had never had problems with the parking lot. even if they are busy, they have never experienced a long waiting period. beautiful family environment.
Not the real mama lu. this is a copycat and it used packed xlb. it tastes like the ones they buy from 99 ranch. that's not a real mama lu!
