This franchise location is managed and owned by a penny-pincher. I suggest going to any other Subway location. The bread is consistently stale and overcooked. They skimp on ingredients, leading to consistently bland and meager sandwiches. These are all signs of a poorly run franchise. Bad customer service! here work two shapeless women, they are on the phone video call all the time, service is zero!
They ripped me off. The app says they are open. Google Maps says they are open. I submit an online order, they take my money, and I arrive to a dark store. My attempts to get a refund are ignored. A business really can't do much worse than taking a customer's money and then ignoring them. I would get better service from an online scammer.It's unfortunate that my kids like their food.
The worst customer service.The worker called himself crestefer said didn’t want to serve me because I didn’t know the bread name.
Excellent fast customer service. It's in a perfect location and the owner is super friendly. Definitely worth checking out when in the neighborhood.
Very lazy people working here and the shop is very clean and busy but the service is very lousy and only collecting money.
