Wow this place is outstanding! The team works very hard here, it’s always the same guy seating serving people, and he’s very nice and gets to know you.I always get the combination plate that has pork and chicken, the portion size is massive, price is fair, and it’s consistently good. I’m looking forward to trying the rest of the menu items too. They also give you tea when you dine in, and it’s very refreshing. One of... View all feedback.
What Alison V doesn't like about Sai’s:
3.5 stars- super nice and friendly staff but the food was alright. We got the Bun Rieu, though it tasted delicious it wasn't very authentic. I'd recommend asking for sate/ chili oil on any of the noodle for better taste. We also got the rolls and Viet coffee, they were pretty okay.
I am in San Francisco several times a month. Whenever I am, I always make it a point to visit Sai's. It's amazing. Firstly you are greeted and welcomed as though you are family. Then there is the delicious food! The crispy shrimp is out of the world.Food: 5/5
Definitely try the combination rice plate #3 its my favoriteFood: 5/5
Good food. Good price. Fast service. Little cold during the winter. Beef Pho is good.

I've been going here for years. The food is decent and prices are on the higher end, especially post-COVID. The past couple of years, the food isn't all that great. Latest experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Lots of empty tables but we did not get very courteous service. The main waiter walked around like he was very busy, the food was slow to come out, and it felt like we were forgotten the rest of the time. Not sure if I want to spend the time or money here anymore.
