The venue is a church basement turned social hall, and it costs five bucks to enter. Some chairs and tables have been pushed aside to make space for Mandy's vibrant agit-koto recital, where she shares captivating stories from a small stage. Meanwhile, a friendly older staff serves drinks at the curved bar, offering you warm smiles alongside reasonably priced one-liquor, one-mixer well drinks in cups. Just a heads-up:...
