Dont know if i can say in the best cheessteaks in San Francisco, I love it a lot. Happy hour is so cheap for a big beer compare to other bar, Sports are always on View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Jake's Steaks:
My buffalo chicken sub is absolutely drenched in hot sauce. Its sogging wet, literally. So not only was it a $17 sub but its soggy and too hot to enjoy. Its decent otherwise and tastes better than it looks but like cmon you aint gotta drench it View all feedback.
The atmosphere was fantastic! We watched the EAGLES vs Dallas game at this restaurant and had an amazing time! The food was your standard bar fare, but it was quick and delicious. We enjoyed the boathouse row mural and all the great Philly sports memorabilia on the walls. It was so exciting when the crazy loud horn blasted every time the EAGLES scored, accompanied by the Fly Eagles Fly songs. The service was friendly and the owner and bartender were great. It was a super fun experience!
The cheese steaks were good, but the value was just okay. I wish they were more consistent; some of the sandwiches were perfect while others seemed a little unbalanced.
Had a nice late dinner and beers with two French couples ; Try the philly cheese stake and the lager!
As a first timer, I found the experience to be amazing! Thank you.
Little crowded, but we found a seat outside. Garlic fries were delish! The steak was a little chewy, but overall pretty darn good! Cold beer, sports, ckn tenders REAL chicken, very good! Will be back!
