The waitress was knowledgeable about the vegan options on the menu, which I appreciated. While I wished there were more vegan choices, the meal was still enjoyable for everyone in our group.

I have been craving good ramen ever since I stopped eating meat. Who needs pork when you can enjoy the delicious akamaru veggie ramen?

The staff was friendly and attentive, despite s... read more My family and I visited this restaurant on a Monday night and the wait time was reasonable, about 20-25 minutes. The staff was friendly and attentive, despite some negative reviews. I tried the Miso Tonkotsu and found it to be delicious. The soup had a creamy base that didn't overpower the broth, which was exactly what I wanted. The spoons were unusually large, as if they were made for giants. My only complaints were that the portion size was small, even for someone with a small appetite like myself, and the 25% mandatory gratuity felt excessive. I believe tipping should be at my discretion. Despite these issues, we were overall pleased with our experience and would recommend this restaurant.
