I bought an 18-dollar pizza when the cash payment reached and pushed a button on the POS device, I thought he would beat 0 tip so that I, whatever that is cool. the next day I checked my account and he accused me of 28. that's not cool. View all feedback.
What Aaron Bahringer doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
I ordered a pizza and was told it would arrive in 30 minutes. We even tipped in advance. After 50 minutes with no pizza, we called to inquire about the delay. Unsurprisingly, it was late. They offered a lot of excuses but no compensation. Finally, after 1 hour and 18 minutes, the pizza arrived—48 minutes later than promised. This Domino's has messed up my order three out of the last five times, and it's been late each time. If you're craving Domino's, I'd recommend driving to a different location.
The service is consistently excellent, and the staff is fantastic. I'm really glad they deliver to my area again—I've never had a negative experience with them.

I’ll give them an extra star because the pizza was quite good, but if you’re hungry and want food on time, I’d suggest ordering from somewhere else. There are plenty of other pizza places in the area or you can pick it up yourself. I’m not sure why they make delivery promises they can't keep.
I ordered a combination and Hawaiian pizza, but there were hardly any toppings or cheese on either of them. Since it was for a special event, I felt quite embarrassed by the quality of the pizza, especially since I was the one hosting the luncheon. I was very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.
This place used to be decent, but I think they've changed management or staff. Unfortunately, the last three pizzas I've ordered have ended up in the trash. I specifically requested double pepperoni, but they never provided it. Before that, I would get a normal amount of toppings, but recently, the last three times I ordered, I received just a minimal amount on one half of the pizza and hardly any on the other half. I brought it to the manager's attention, but he didn't seem to understand the issue. I usually order the personal or handmade pan pizza just to get a bit more crust, but it’s disappointing. I wish they would offer a real Brooklyn-style thicker crust pizza, but I guess that's not the norm here on the West Coast. It's a shame because this used to be an acceptable pizza from Domino's, but not anymore. I might try another location unless they just offer cheese or Margherita pizzas.
