While the food garners praise for its quality—especially the seafood stew and lasagna—service issues and unexpected charges mar the dining experience. Guests have noted a lack of attentive service and delayed billing processes, creating frustration. Additionally, the cocktail menu’s reliance on wine rather than spirits has raised concerns about transparency. Despite the complaints, some patrons enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and flavors, with a few expressing a willingness to return for another chance. Ultimately, Aqualino may appeal to those seeking authenticity amidst inconsistencies.
