Good location, and their sauce is the best so far. We ordered the all-mixed sauce. It is recommended. We did not finish all the food as they gave us a reasonable amount. I will eat there again. View all feedback.
What Ryan Adams (RAAD House Films) doesn't like about Supreme Crab Seafood Buffet:
Run, don’t walk, run AWAY! Terrible service, terrible food and wayyyy overpriced. You pay before eating, which I can see why. Had I not paid yet I would have probably left when they brought the food out. Paid 47.99 for what was supposed to be 1.5lb to 2lbs of lobster in a bag. What I got was about a 4oz tail and a couple claws that were way over cooked. Nothing else was included with the meal. For my wife’s crab they b... View all feedback.
The food was disappointing and overpriced. I ordered the salmon with vegetables, but the salmon was overcooked and my plate was covered with paper. My husband tried the cod and chips, which he found terrible. The entrees came out quickly, but they were presented like something you'd find on a kids' menu at a fast food joint. The popcorn shrimp was dry and unappetizing, although the onion rings were decent. The service felt awkward and confusing, though the staff were polite and friendly.
It's a bit strange that you have to wait for a table but then walk to the counter to place your order. Nonetheless, this was hands down the best seafood dinner my husband and I have ever experienced, and we come from the fishing industry. We ordered the Seafood Bucket #2 with garlic noodles and mixed the noodles with the sauce, which was absolutely amazing. I wish we could find something like this where we live. The total came to $124 for dinner and two beers.
Additionally, the service was lacking; we often had to flag down the waiter whenever we needed anything, and their response time was slow. Instead of table service, we had to go to the register to place our order when we were seated. While the atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant, I doubt I would choose to come back.
A group of four of us spent $190 at this restaurant, which included two orders of the lowest tier seafood boil (without crab), a lobster sandwich, and clam chowder with crab meat. Unfortunately, the crab meat had a strong, fishy taste and smell. The seafood in the boil also didn't seem fresh and had a very unpleasant odor. The lobster sandwich raised my suspicions; I have a feeling it was mixed with imitation crab. Additionally, I wasn't impressed with the service model — you have to go up to the counter to place your order, and I found it lacking in attentiveness. Nobody checked in on us or offered to refill our water or bring napkins, which we needed. Overall, with so many other dining options available, I would not recommend this restaurant. Just to note, I am a local.
For my wife's crab, they mistakenly brought out vegetable oil instead of butter to accompany her steamed crab. The servers never came by to check on us throughout our visit. The atmosphere is puzzling as it tries to be a steampunk sports/wine bar, but it just doesn’t work, especially with loud house music playing in the background.
