There's some really nice people working here, it's very spacious and clean, and many tables at this perfectly located Starbucks. Very nice employees. Bathroom was unacceptable. 10 minutes before close. Not sure if it’s always closed or not but that would be my only complaint.

I got a cafe latte from here.. It tasted good.. !! Near the Montgomery Bart station..!!
One of the better locations in my opinion especially since it is one of the only locations that has seating and even offers outlets for the power hungry devices of the tech workers that frequent this location. The staff are friendly and attentive with orders being processed smoothly and efficiently. The only real drawback is their bathroom. It's down the hallway apparently being shared amongst multiple businesses and is consistently in need of cleaning. Other than that, I love coming here when I have to work downtown
After not one but TWO rude experiences at separate San Francisco Starbucks, of which this is one, it's no wonder they are shuddering up their stores. This morning I ordered a drink from the first of three stores today. The first one I would give 4 stars because they exemplified everything one expects from Starbucks. However both stores REALLY need to either retrain their employees or just replace them. At a time when San Francisco is rapidly succeeding in driving out its residents and business, Starbucks can ill afford to have employees that further assist the city succeed in this apparent goal. Moreover, Starbucks can ill afford to have rude, uninformed or uncaring employees representing it if it plans to keep what few stores do remain in San Francisco. To be clear, this is more a reflection of what San Francisco has become than it is Starbucks view of its customers.
