Great tasting coffee, atmosphere, and customer service. Not a huge fan of the sandwiches or pastries at this particular location. I’ve had much better at other Peet’s locations. They get super busy (lines out the door) so be prepared to wait a few minutes for a simple cup of coffee. View all feedback.
This location never opens on time and the staff are extremely rude. This is the best place to go if you enjoy being treated like garbage.

Great customer service, girl with white hair is so sweet. And drinks are really good.
Sometime ago (back in 2011), I had really bad experience at Peet 's (Hayward location) and I switched to Starbucks for my morning shots. Then, last year I had another episode at Starbucks and had to unwillingly switch back to Peet 's. After sipping Caffe Macchiato at this specific location I don 't regret switching back to Peet 's. Andrew one barista at this location (don 't know his last name) who makes a perfect morning sip. I just explained him once what I wanted and since then he has been making perfect coffee for me. Now all I have to do is, walk into the store, and ask for him and voila. No explanation, no adjustments nothing. Andrew, thanks a ton for my daily dose of perfect start.
Whilst walking around Russian Hill in April '16 playing tourist, I happened upon Saint Frank. Loved their Orange Cream Latte! Recommend. :
