Nice little place and attentive staff. I got their shaken tea lemonade and it was pretty good but overpriced for what it was (which is on the company). Only downside is that there are NO outlets at any of the tables, so it’s not the best place to charge your phone or laptop. View all feedback.
What Consuelo Martinez doesn't like about Peet's Coffee:
If I could give a negative star rating it would be -5 the customer service here was beyong horrendous. Over $5 for a cup of cofee that they messed up x3 times ended up throwing it away in their trash and walking out. Only because listening to the employee making the cofee talk about how great Donald Trumpnis made me literally sick. View all feedback.
Update April 2024. The people here at this Peet's are soooooo nice and caring well beyond what great customer service is priceless! I'll drive past 4 coffee shops for this peets because the staff here is that good!4 years ago Mmmm coffee as i like it!Vegetarian options: Pastries and a couple sandwiches. Plus they have little packs of cheese and fruit.Parking: Huge parking lot with plenty of mobility accessible spaces as well as spaces for large vehicles.Kid friendliness: I love the store they're wonderful to everyone.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor and wide space for a line and adjustable tables. The staff is always willing to help if needed but also just roll right in it should be good

Peets us my favorite coffee, so I am biased.Vegetarian options: Oatmeal, scones, muffins, egg cheese sandwhich
It's always the male baristas that have an attitude, minus the older gentleman with a mustache. He is the only polite male employee I have had the luck of encountering at the register and at the bar. I asked a simple question upon grabbing my drink and was met with an aggressive and hostile response from the younger barista.
This is a good Peet's location in a scatchy area. In the entire neighborhood there are plenty of homeless who frequent the shop.. It is oftentimes quite noisy and not a good time to hang out. The cleaningness of the place however is not up to par. With four staff today at the store this place should be in good order. There are missing napkins and stir sticks. Overall trash on the floor. Overflowing trash cans.
