Mendocino Farms - San Francisc

Food is great but ordering is a nightmare. They are always at least 15 mins late on your order no matter how far in advance you order. Today I was there for 20 minutes and saw my sandwich on the counter right when I got there, they just wouldn't bag it and hand it to me. Probably my last order there.

First time at Mendocino Farms and since caesars are my absolute favorite I had to try the Modern Caesar. It did not disappoint so delicious! I am a sucker for a good Caesar salad and Mendocino Farms has officially become my spot.I had to ask the young man with the beautiful smile his name, Devoni because he made the experience so much more enjoyable. So engaging and accommodating.

Never order their catering THEY SERVE YOU ICE COLD SANDWICHES.how many of the hungry 20 people who approached the sandwich platter do you think were excited about picking up an ice cold sandwich?i'll be giving my business to specialty's cafe bakery from now on (lower delivery fees too it's FALSE ADVERTISEMENT (can we say illegal? to not note on your website, that people will be paying three figures for COLD FOOD.who the f*ck wants a cold sandwich in the winter?I posted this for 300 mission and 465 California street locations because this occurred at BOTH locations and yelp removed my reviews stating I couldn't post the same review for both locations even though I had the same experience at BOTH locations.

Mendocino Farms has really gone downhill since the pandemic, or maybe even a bit before that.This location though is the worst we've had and the last straw for us.We spent over $50 for 3 Peruvian sandwiches, only for them to get the order wrong and for us to receive 3 small and messy sandwiches that were mostly cheese, very little meat and barely any sauce.Mendocino Farms, if you are reading this, you lost a customer that loved your sandwiches since 2013 to your declining quality and shrinking portions!

Good restaurant great concept. When you order lunch or dinner for delivery through the restaurants website remember they contract out to other delivery services keeping the tips for their employees and not giving it to the delivery person so please use the platform for delivery and not the restaurant.
