Came here for a 13-person birthday dinner and they were able to accommodate really well. I even brought in my own baked cake and they were able to store and later serve it! Their hits are definitely the galbi, I also liked their pork belly, japchae, steamed egg. One of the better kbbq joints in SF! View all feedback.
What Helen Wu doesn't like about Han Il Kwan:
A friend recommended this Korean restaurant to me. The dishes were not cleaned properly, the service attitude was bad, and the waiter even touched her bracelet on the food. View all feedback.
Incredible Korean BBQ and worth the long wait for a table. I only wish they had sesame leaves to go with the samgyeupsal lettuce wraps.
Best Korean BBQ in SF. Side dishes are also on point. My wife and I come and enjoy their food once a week. As a queer couple it is hard to find Korean restaurants that are also nice and polite to us with that being said!!! Thanks to the staff for none judgement vibes and excellent food!!
Great food, service and atmosphere. The bathroom needs and update and there is a line out the door for dinner so make a reservation!

A super happening place. Came here on a Monday around 6 and luckily got a table. After we sat down people started lining up. Sign up on the waiting list at the door. The food is delicious. Ordered the tofu soup, pan fried dumplings, korean pancake and bimbimbap (veggies, rice and egg). Everything was delicious and came with banchan that fills the table.
