Mail order was packed, then a few days later they removed the product and shipped only the $5 bottle of lube. Pretty lame. Given a choice would rather have canceled or waited until they could complete the order. So much for 25 years of loyalty. Going to find a place with better customer servcie.Update: Received package. Paid $28 for 3 Oz of lube. Would have been *classy* to recalculate shipping after taking the big item out of the bag. Sorry to do this before Valentine's Day but I am breaking up with you, Good Vibes. We had a good run.

This is the first sex shop I've been to in my life. Super clean and organized, the staff was very helpful and kind and they also limit a certain amount of people in the store at one time which I think really adds to the comfort zone there.

Usually a return customer and fan of Good Vibrations, this time was a disappointment. It was clear the worker did not know what they were talking about which is a huge let down considering this franchise is education based. They had a significant number of non working demos which limited the shopping selection. The packaging for a gift kit I bought was open and that was a whole debacle. The worker complained that they would not have looked forward to making another one to sell me. I then presented my discount card and the employee took it and admitted to forgetting to use it on the purchase. I had to remind her. What a disappointing trip for a repeat customer and not a good look for the store.

Great staff available to answer any questions. Definitely recommend to people who are curious about trying new things
