I love this tiny delicious place. I found it when I attended the San Francisco Paramedic Association that used to be on Mission. The gyros and fries are amazing. I dont get to the city often as of late but Im so glad Ayola survived through the pandemic. So good! View all feedback.
What 1John 2:27 doesn't like about Ayola:
TOO MANY places in this city advertise as if they’re Greek but they’re really Middle Eastern and the taste is different. I got the 9inch Gyro and it’s just ok. Go to an authentic Greek place for that type of food. If you get it to go make sure you check to see if you have napkins or get some yourself at the counter. The 3rd star is for the service. Chicken Gyro Plater was good. The soda was a bit too cold for San Francisco weather. Food was good its recommended to try .

I had the large gyro. It was delicious, especially with the garlic sauce. The service was very friendly and welcoming. There are a couple of tables if you want to eat in.
