Andersen Bakery - San Francisc

I was extremely disappointed with both the service and food at this restaurant. When I asked if my Tuscan sandwich could be heated up, the counter service informed me that they only heat items from their "hot menu." I couldn't understand why they couldn't just microwave a pre-made sandwich like they do at the Japan Center location. To make matters worse, they were out of the item I wanted anyway. I ended up getting a pre-packaged chicken salad sandwich, but the bread was soggy and fell apart as I tried to eat it. I definitely won't be returning to this restaurant.
