Pre pandemic, during pandemic and maybe post pandemic. I would say their service is very consistent. The staff are very nice and would sometimes guide you which sauce is better for a meat. The menu at the peak of pandemic is not that good but none the less these people and this place will provide you the best service and food they can!

Making reservation was smooth. On-site, the service person was accomodating and let us pick our seat. Some selection were unique, almost weird to taste. Love the sushi selection, not the ramen and tempura (not how I want them cooked). Labels can be hard to find though. It was nice experience.

The staffs are very accommodating. I've been here several times to try and taste everything but now it seems the variety of food lessen, the food was good though. I love the grilled meat and ice cream.

Food variety and taste can be graded as good. Pricy and not worth the price. Definitely not going back. But, they offer free pax for every three adults.

Sad to say, food is not the same as when they first opened. Salmon sashimi took forever to be served. I asked 3 times when it will be available. I was told that they were still thawing it and this was 11:30 in the morning. After an hour or so and and I was already having desert when it finally arrived.Shrimp tempura was refilled after soooo many minutes only to see a few servings that would be scooped by the customer before me,so I have to wait again. Steak was a bit hard to chew. Hope they do something about it so they may be restored in their former glory
