Additionally, the Family Platter is supposed to come with two regular side dishes for sharing, but we only received one regular-sized mac and cheese and two very small personal-sized coleslaws. Without any drinks included, we felt that the meal was overpriced, especially for takeout. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience and have decided not to order delivery from Racks again. The staff should be more careful when checking each order's contents, as even a small mistake like this can greatly affect the satisfaction of loyal customers.

I tried their cinco de mayo and i love their onion brick and mac and cheese. My mom had the smoky spring chicken which is flavorful, while us rib eye is just fair.

The food was delightful, as always! We dine here about once a month. I ordered my favorites: a Quarter Rack of Beef Ribs with coleslaw on the side, an Onion Brick, Chunky Chili Soup, a Large Mashed Potato, and their house-brewed iced tea. The coleslaw had a bit too much mayo for my liking, but it was still tasty. The Chunky Chili Soup wasn't overly spicy but was full of flavor; I especially loved it paired with their buttered bread! The staff served us with a smile.
