Authentic Kapampangan Dishes. Unlimited Capampangan Cuisine for an affordable price. Hindi maalat, hindi matamis (not salty nor sweet) but savory. Malinamnam. It really is Manyaman Keni. Spent an afternoon here to really check out the food and I was mind blown by how rich capampangan dining really is. Definitely one for the books if you are heading north. Oh, and they have vallet parking. View all feedback.
What calvin m doesn't like about Bale Capampangan:
I am a fan of kampapangan`s way of cooking. However, this buffet resto is in the middle way of getting the true kampapangan taste... Maybe because it is a buffet restaurant and the food are prepared in bulk... i dont really know... Despite the hype of other titktok reviews my pallet is still the one to rate the food i eat and taste. View all feedback.
Worth the price. We definitely enjoyed our buffet lunch! I love the freshness of the food especially the Fried Hito. Will visit again and recommend it to my friends. The ambiance is sooo Filipino.
March 12, 2023 • Ambience: Place is modern-cultural designed. There were a lot of people but they have a system and are organized. • Service: Smooth since they have a system and are used to the number of customers coming in. Just a downside in any buffet is when they ran out of particular food choices. At that time, it happened that their bestsellers (tempura, lechon kawali, and sisig) ran out so I heard a customer complaining since they should’ve anticipated that. Good thing about it is that the staff were quick to attend to the needs and I saw how they try their best to be as efficient as possible. • Food- a lot of choices! Example: papaitan, kare-kare, shrimp and vegetable tempura, humba, boiled okra, fried kangkong, ampalaya salad, pipino salad, salted egg, fish escabeche, fried tiwilis, fruits, halo-halo (ube, mashed beans, sago, sweetened banana). They also have coffee and varieties of juice • Fave- lechon kawali with vinegar to balance the fats, atchara, okra with salted egg, tomato, and bagoong, papaitan, and fried tawilis. • Location- easy to find, parking’s not a problem since they offer free valet parking • Value for money: 3/3 • Overall: 5/5
Traditional kapampangan dishes with unlimited serving, you'll get your money's worth since the dishes were mostly good. Love the paco salad ,bagnet, sisig, kare kare. Too bad you can't eat it alone without rice
One of the best Kapampangan restaurants I've been to. Great recommendation from a new friend from the bank just across the street. I would have given 5 stars if they did not add babi into my favorite vegetable dishes but there's plenty of choices. Pesang dalag, escabecheng maya maya, crispy fried hito, kalderetang baka and kare kare, plus steamed vegetables dipped with buro wow! All day buffet. Service is excellent, the crew was polite and attentive. Very good value for money quality of food is excellent. Dinner time is even better as they have promo between 17:00 to 20:00. Their dining hall is impressive, with large solid wood tables, plenty of room for each seat and well ventilated. Good place to celebrate special occasions privately as they have a few separate function rooms. There's a collection of murals and paintings by the owner that recounts local heroes fro Tarik Sulayman to Luis Taruc.
A kapampangan recommended this restaurant to me and now I know why. They have a lot of food choices and they all taste good! Walang tapon! Must try are: Sisig, Adobong Balut, Tocino, Kare-kare and Buro. I suggest that you eat their salad first before you devour the other heavy food. I love that they have Pako on Salad Section. Pako is always perfect paired with Itlog na Maalat. Drink choices are: Cucumber, Iced Tea, Pineapple and coffee. They also have Dessert Section and they offer halo-halo, palitaw, bilo-bilo and Minatamis na Saging.
