Vn Cuisine - San Dimas

The first time here and was very satisfied with my meal and service. I ordered a regular size combo with rare beef, flank, tendon and tripe, but instead of rare beef I asked for more tendon. My preferred combo is brisket, tendon and tripe, but was close enough because they have no brisket at all. They also have three sizes that are unusual but cool for the next time to know. I also ordered the fried shrimp rolls and GF ordered the regular size Pho Ga (Hähnchen). The regular size with an app was much for me and my GF had remnants, although they did not eat shrimp and did not eat any of the app. The shrimp rolls were actually for me. Pho was good, but in Westminster and Monterey Park better. Service was also very good, but there was a single server with a fairly busy lunch. He did his best, and we really had nothing to complain except that we asked a few things twice, but no big deal. Definitely will return when in the area and will hope to check some other dishes.

Always good food. I've been here for a few years and tried many of their dishes. Yes, they don't have super experienced waiting staff because it's a family-run restaurant, and let's be honest, we Viet people don't go to Viet restaurants for the service. We go for the taste and quality of food. In this respect they are great. I would definitely recommend!

There for pho and spring rolls that were both delicious! The Pho, although it was evening, still had a clear tasteful broth with lots of meat and the spring rolls here are bigger and filled with lots of pork and large shrimps. Good visit! Restaurant is clean and the service is good!
