For the other half of the sandwich, we tried the chipotle chicken, and my girlfriend loved it. It was a great way to share a quick lunch. Regarding the service, I had pre-ordered while filling up at Costco next door. When I arrived, I felt a bit lost as I wasn't sure where to go. There were people loitering around and signs for ordering, but it was confusing because some people didn't seem to be in line. I asked someone for help, and he explained that he was waiting for his name to appear on the order screen, which separates prepared orders from those that are still being prepared. Makes sense, right? If only I had known! I looked for my name on the screen but couldn't find it. A helpful staff member who had assisted me earlier came over to see if I had any questions. When I mentioned I couldn't find my name, he kindly offered to check for me. He quickly returned to say my order was ready and bagged, which is why my name wasn't showing. Great! Lastly, I had a bit of trouble since I really wanted to add a baguette to my order. Unfortunately, the website didn't let me add one even though it did allow for other bakery items. Just a few minor hiccups, but nothing that would deter me from enjoying their chips, baguette, or chicken salad. My girlfriend will not be adding the chipotle chicken to her list in the future, though. Pro tip: This location has a drive-thru! If I had known, I would have used it. However, this isn't my local Panera, and drive-thrus are pretty rare at Panera locations.
This is a fantastic place with well-maintained restrooms, low noise levels, and complimentary Wi-Fi!
