Mcdonald's - San Dimas

Food was cold and nuggets were old and stale. Ordered McFlurry with whip cream. There wasnt any.

I didnt receive my happy meal or any sauces for the nuggets this isnt the first time I didnt receive the items I ordered.

This is their idea of a plane cheeseburger and DoorDash thinks a $3 burger is only worth 78 cents. Ridiculous

McDonalds is my childhood favorite. I am 66 years old. I remember when I was a little girl my four siblings and I would wait looking out our front window. The anticipation of the arrival of my father walking through our front door after work with a bag of 15 hamburgers was just too much to bare. Of course at that time the hamburgers were like the ones in the kids meals today. But every bite was worth the wait. The soft bun cradling the beef pattie and pickles dabbed with that secret sauce. Great memories, delicious food. Every once in awhile I buy the kids meals and it brings back a special time in my life. Thank you McDonalds from the bottom of my heart!

Went here yesterday, 04/04/2022, for a $2 Big Mac. Had not had one for more then 3 years. I could not believe how thin the meat patties were! Looked to be less then 1/8 thick dry. Bottom bun was a bun from the middle! I pointed it out to the femalemanager who did not seem to care! Her answer sometimes it happens ! My fries were dumped across my napkins covering them ingrease! Fries seemed thinker dry from last time I had them 2 months ago! What a waste of money! Burger was dry had no flavor I even asked for extra pickles spread! Will never get another burger here! When I went to refill my drink at soda area, because signs right on machines had been removed thedispenser had no mixing nozzle on it and it sprayed out on my coat sleeve! When I went to the counter to mention it to themanager or shift leader who was an older lady with gray hair she didn 't seem concerned about the spray on my coat and saidthere 's a sign over there! Yes when I went back and looked there 's one little sign on only the left wall not both walls insomething should be hung in front of the machines so an unsuspecting customer who doesn 't notice the new little sign doesn 't getsprayed with soda! This is terrible management and the situation should be corrected by the owner of this franchise! Theattitude of the shift leader or manager was totally inappropriate and she looked like she was out of her sorts! When I asked fora refill it took approximately 6 minutes for me to get it while she helped other people and didn 't seem to regard me waiting allthat time for a refill! This policy by McDonald 's is ridiculous because you throw your cup in the trash and you 're just causingmore trash to be collected when we could be serving ourself and saving a cup! Competition in the area such as AMC theaters,Habit Burger, Del Taco, El Pollo Loco and Boston Market are all letting customers refill their own drinks at
