I really enjoy Wendy's mostly for their Frosty dessert, which is a hit with my grandchildren. The drive-thru always has a long line these days, so it can take some time, but the staff is always very friendly. I wish they would reopen the dining room. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
this place is more than hit. constant long lines on the way through and not for the right reasons. it takes 5-10 minutes to take the order from a car. I left it out of frustration several times. Today we got breakfast and they claimed that they couldn't turn off the breakfast stuffs for a keks, although they've done so many times before. a honey biscuit without a honey. not for the first time we got the wrong product... Long line but good food. I was very surprised at how fast the food was given to us after ordering. It must have been mostly pre-made but still better than 90% of the other Wendy's in this area

With a 20-car line at 9 o'clock on Sunday were the 3 crew moths I saw happy and helpful, my eating was fresh and not sloppy together, well done!
The absolute worst experience ever. I drive for Amazon so my truck doesn’t fit through the drive through. Ordered online and they came out and said I have to be in a car to be served because they don’t bring food out anymore. I explained I’m working and the signs say you’ll bring it out for mobile order. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to be rude and told me I should’ve been in a car. This is completely unacceptable customer service. The older Hispanic lady that worked on Saturday November 6th 2021 at 11:20 am NEEDS TO BE FIRED.
Love the creepy sign! I went out of the way to go to Wendy's so I could see it!
