This restaurant offers three levels of fun. The atmosphere is great, the barkeepers are fantastic, and overall it's a great time. The first floor is perfect for those looking to enjoy some good drinks. The upper floor has a dance floor, games, and a pool table. For those feeling adventurous, heading down to the cellar opens up another floor dedicated to dancing. It's absolutely entertaining! View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about The Tipsy Crow:
One of the above bartenders were extremely rude and condescending because I asked for a ranch of water instead of saying Tequila Soda with lime juice. They are the same thing and thought it was extremely strange as this bartender so hostile to say ranch water, but others than that I had fun and enjoyed the night. View all feedback.

Forge the fact that they had great cocktails and nice staff, the live music was AWESOME! I totally got lost in the music.

The first bar I’ve ever been to in San Diego and I know it’s going to be a favourite. Apparently the longest-standing bar in Downtown; the building dates from 1874 and is spread over three distinctly different floors. Only went to the main bar on this occasion, a Saturday afternoon. Great selection of craft beers, awesome bar tender, and excellent live music from Shaun. Really great place.

Really cool atmosphere. Beautiful decor very inviting. Great furnishings and even a couple fireplaces on the top floor lounge area.Fun a little loud but not rowdy. Live DJ. Dance club was downstairs. Decent class of people more late 20's- late 30's. We were the older crowd for sure. Comfortable seating avaliable. Stairs only to get up or down though.

It’s one of my favorite night clubs in San Diego. Three floors, different styles. And last night, it was “snow”!!! So pretty to see that. The drinks here is nice too, people are friendly and nice! Only thing is, I really hope they could check vaccination cards at the entrance.

Freaking love this place! Been here so many times! It has everything. Great food, delicious drinks, jenga, connect 4, shuffleboard, billiards, and a dance floor!
