I've been here twice and both times the experience was awesome! The restaurant is clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful! The Pacific bowl with grilled salmon, sushi rice, spicy miso mayo, pickled cucumber, carrots, greens, sesame, ginger dressing is amazing! What Ry doesn't like about Tender Greens:
Slow and staff are unhelpful. Had to ask multiple times if my food and was ignored.Usually when you order for pickup at most places it doesn’t take an additional 25 mins after arriving.Very lousy workers 7/29 View all feedback.
Very good quality food. The salmon was really well cooked and the mash and baby spinach very tasty. Just the price is a bit high. $16 for lunch...
Great fresh food! Ahi Tuna is amazing and the mashed potatoes are better than Grandma's!
The salads at this Tender Greens were very good as usual but the service was not as good as I have experienced at other locations. My salad came out within about 10 minutes but my partner 's order was completely forgotten. She received her salad after I asked about it. Her salad was brought to the table with a very quick 'sorry for the delay .
Today is 5/23/23. My wife stopped Tender Greens at 7:50 pm for take out and there is no 1 in line, restaurant has 3 different tables who are already eating their food, and 3 take outs already made sitting on the shelf for pick up. My wife ordered 2 grilled salmon plates and it took 30 minutes for her to get the food. Are these special magic salmon that takes over 12 minutes to grill? Salmon takes 12 minutes to grill. After 15 minutes, my wife asks for an update, to which they said it's being prepared. 10 minutes later she asks again and again they say it's being prepared. The place is dead and no 1 else has come in after her to order food. There isn't an apology for the long f'ing wait. Just a here's your food. Talk about crappy a service. Tender Greens management, you guys need to re-train your staff because my little kids have better manners.
I’ve been coming to this location for quite a while now. The food is great. The only thing that caught my eye during this visit in particular was the manager (or who I assume was the manager seeing as he was the only one in a black uniform) coughing and talking on the phone while facing the food. He did cover his mouth with his elbow, but like maybe turn around and cough next time? Not facing the food???
