What User doesn't like about Subway:
Workers have really bad customer service on several occasions with different workers. Seemed frustrated and grumpy and didn’t care. At least this time a manager was there and quickly resolved the issue. Other subways that I’ve been too had been fine. Too bad for this location. I decided to give them multiple tries because close to work but won’t go there again. View all feedback.

When I entered the restaurant, the hostess gave me a forced smile and did not greet me. However, when a regular customer came in, she warmly welcomed him and took his order without acknowledging my presence.
There was only one other person in line. The service was quick and efficient, and there was plenty of parking available.
The workers at this restaurant have consistently provided poor customer service on multiple occasions with different employees. They appeared frustrated and grumpy, showing little care towards customers. Fortunately, during my recent visit, a manager was present and quickly resolved the issue. Other Subway locations I have been to have been satisfactory, but unfortunately, this particular one falls short. Despite its proximity to my workplace, I have decided not to visit this location again.
