I would recommend avoiding this restaurant for two reasons. Firstly, they seem to lack an understanding of their customer trends as they were out of coffee, cream cheese, and bagels in the morning. Secondly, the wait time for a simple bagel was over 35 minutes. This was disappointing considering we had driven over 20 minutes and paid $16 for parking to try this place. The menu has a variety of bagels and toppings, with popular choices selling out quickly. I enjoyed a sesame bagel with cream cheese, which was delicious. My wife tried the millennium bagel with chia and sunflower seeds and avocado spreads, but she preferred the traditional bagel with cream cheese. The service was a bit slow, but they likely know that tourists have limited options for breakfast in the area, as other shops don't open until later in the day. Parking is available at the Seaport Village parking lot.
The reviewers love the comfortable seating, the large salted chocolate chip cookie, and the breakfast sausage cheese sandwich on their homemade bread at this restaurant. The breakfast sandwich is enormous and could easily feed two people. The bread was buttery and toasted perfectly, the eggs were fluffy, and the sausage was delicious. They visited this restaurant every day during their stay at the Grand Hyatt because of the friendly and fast service. Guests can enjoy their meal and drinks with a beautiful view of the boats on the bay.

Fantastic bagels, super service and love the protein food. highly recommended. I'd like to bring my children to the next time and benjamin chua.
Great bagels, great coffee, great views, reasonably priced. Went here 5 days in a row for breakfast or lunch. They run out of bagels quick!
