Contribute FeedbackRuth's Chris Steak House received mixed reviews from diners. While some praised the excellent quality of the steak and attentive service provided by certain staff members, others were disappointed with overcooked food and slow service. Some diners mentioned minor issues like buttery Brussel Sprouts and the lack of wine options by the glass. Overall, the general consensus was that the food was delicious, but improvements in service and food quality were needed to match the upscale dining experience expected from a restaurant of this caliber.
We absolutely adore Ruth's Chris and Rich does a fantastic job at making guests feel right at home.
We ordered two prix fix and upgraded to lobster with 16 oz ribeye steak. Both steaks were well over cooked and the lobster tasted like rubber. I ordered medium rare and my wife middle. Our waiter , Danny, was very attentive and so did the bus boy Manuel. Good service but mediocre food.
The food was delicious and our server, Sierra, was delightful. Overall, it was a great meal. The only major disappointment was finding out that they will no longer be open for Friday lunch. While we understand it was likely a financial decision, it is very upsetting for us. As senior citizens, we are no longer able to go out for dinner in the evening. This decision means we will no longer have a top-notch restaurant to celebrate special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries, as well as our monthly meals. We are not happy about this and ask that they reconsider their decision.
Enjoy coming here for lunch. Sad to hear they are discontinuing Friday lunches. It was my go to spot for special occasions.
I had never been to Ruth’s Chris before.. I was looking forward to it. I wasn’t disappointed. It was an enjoyable experience!
