Contribute FeedbackDining experiences at local restaurants can be a mixed bag, as highlighted by recent visits to various establishments. Some patrons were underwhelmed by inattentive service and delays, leading to dissatisfaction. In contrast, others celebrated exceptional food quality and prompt, friendly service, particularly at breakfast and pre-theater dinners. Memorable dishes included perfectly cooked fish and inventive breakfast options. Guests found the ambiance varied, with some appreciating quieter spaces for conversation, while others enjoyed lively, beautiful settings. Overall, the highs and lows emphasize the importance of both food and service in crafting a memorable dining experience, leaving some eager for future visits.
The food was great. The ambience was just strange, very quiet, but that worked for us because we wanted to talk. The waiter could have been a bit more attentive if the water glasses are full. I was surprised how much we enjoyed it overall.
It was our anniversary dinner. Fortunately, there were a variety of customers who served our meals immediately. Food taste great, the dish presentation brilliant and great waitress made for a beautiful night with my wife.
Return to a fabulous experience with friends a few weeks ago. It was so good we ordered the same items and enjoyed them as much. Excellent service at both visits, food is well executed and the flavor combinations are imaginative without being over the top. Even the coffee is good and that says a lot about the restaurant. I'm looking forward to another meal.
We enjoyed a delicious pre theater dinner at Pinzimini. We were concerned that a hotel restaurant would not be the best food experience, but we were delightfully surprised. The fish entrees both salmon and seabass were cooked perfectly and were very tasty. As were the salads and desserts.
The restaurant was nearly empty when we visited. The staff were pleasant and the food was OK although I have eaten better for less since then in San Diego.
