What Monique C doesn't like about P.f. Chang's:
My first time here. Pretty generic overly seasoned Chinese food. Good enough to eat but its just ok. It says family style but your family better be small and not that hungry because what the serve you is less than other Chinese places I've been too. My favorite was the chicken lettuce wraps. That was delicious View all feedback.
We sat at the bar at P F Changs and had an amazing dinner and cocktails. Matt was an excellent sever and made the best cocktails! We highly recommend this experience and can’t wait to come back!
Terrible experience waited an hour for Seasonal Wagyu to be told an excuse of what you see isn't what you get! Just like I expected he blamed his Chef he blamed the pre packaging no apology. JUST A FREE SOUP AND SODA NOT WORTH MY TIME OR MY DIME!
The food was wonderful, but it was the service we received. From the moment we sat down Lee was very attentive, did not miss a beat. What a breath of fresh air. We had a most pleasant experience thank you Lee.
My family and friends are regulars at PF Chang's because they love the food. However, lately, the portions seem to be smaller and the service hasn't been as good. Last weekend, we had a waitress that was bubbly, attentive and excellent with customer service. My family was so impressed that I asked her for her name and what days she worked. She told us that her schedule varies, but when she gave us her schedule, it became obvious that she is not there very often. Her name is Lee Anne Beaman and for those that are reading this, if you visit, you need to ask if she is working.
We loved our server Lee! She took great care of us, gave us the best drink recommendations and was soo fun and funny. Will definitely be requesting her when we come back. The food was great too as always.
