Standard Pete's Coffee shop. Good coffee and service. Seating is a limited but acceptable. Convenient location with UTC mall nearby. Good resting stop.Parking: Busy on the weekends with fewer open spots.

Came here a few times to study and it's always a good time. Their holiday white chocolate mocha is soo good!

Don't purchase from them using the TooGoodToGo app. I purchased a bag of pastries via the app and arrived at the store, only to have them tell me they had no food for me, even as I saw they had plenty of food available. Very disappointing and a big waste of time. They refunded my purchase, but didn't care about the time I spent to get to the store. The counter lady chose to blame the app for any fault in inventory. In addition, I was never notified in advance, but only once I showed up to the counter. Deflecting blame, taking zero responsibility, and leaving customers unhappy? No thanks.

I love Peet's! They are always coming out with fun and festive seasonal drinks! Also, their rewards program is the best out of any coffee shop! I feel like I am always earning free coffee, or a percentage off! This store has great customer service. The drinks are always served in a timely manner and the employees are friendly! There is also plenty of seating so if you're looking for a spot to work or a spot to catch up with a friend, this is a great choice! I want to give a big shoutout to Brian, because he helped me with my app the other day. I felt like an old lady having trouble logging in, but there must have been a glitch or something, because it would not allow me to reset my password. Brian was so patient and helpful...outstanding customer service!
