Customers have noted both the friendly demeanor of certain employees and the challenges of navigating busy environments. Overall, while the food impresses, the service can be hit-or-miss, leaving a lingering desire for improvement.
Shoddy service. Frequently ignores simple requests (e.g. no cilantro . Rapid pickup orders are never in the location desginated for pickup orders. Nothing rapid about it.
The sandwich was decent, but not as tasty as I had expected. It was mostly bread.
This morning, I used my MyPanera reward for my purchase at the restaurant. I initially thought I wouldn't be able to use the kiosk to order, but the employee named Faith, who was busy with a large catering order, still took the time to help me. She got me my bagel and coffee, rang me up with a smile, and even had a friendly conversation with me. Faith was a great representative of Panera and made my experience enjoyable.
This restaurant has declined in quality. My order was incorrect, which has happened in the past. I am very disappointed.
