However, the ambiance and view of the restaurant were highly praised. The customer service was a mixed bag, with some guests receiving excellent service while others had to wait for extended periods of time. Inconsistencies in food quality and menu limitations were major drawbacks. Despite its iconic location and great service in some cases, the restaurant seems to have lost its charm and may not be worth the high prices.
It used to be a treat and luxurious to go to La Valencia. The entire experience was a disappointment. The food quality was bad how do you make a lobster eggs Benedict both soggy and tough? Salad was soggy drowned in dressing. The live music would have been good at a Margaritaville.
Lunch menu was primarily sandwiches and salads. Ok meal
The view was perfect! The food and service were excellent. I want to go back.
Such a beautiful view, great service and the cocktails were amazing!
Superb salmon dish at lunch time. Exquisite views of La Jolla on a warm and sunny afternoon. Service was very slow but the food and views were excellent.
