This McDonald's is satisfactory. I opted to use the touchscreen order system to place my order in order to avoid any potential mistakes by the cashiers. This decision was not related to COVID-19 precautions, but rather based on previous experiences where errors were made with my order. View all feedback.

when they get eat from this location. check their order before leaving the running gear thru window. the always forget about their order. only yesterday I had to go back literally and walk in because they forget the ice creams for our order. last time I asked for sweet sour sauce for my order and got nothing. before, a drink had to go back and go in. ugh View all feedback.
I think I made the people in the kitchen angry today or something. Because I ordered a sundae with extra hot fudge and usually they are pretty modest with it but they had so much hot fudge it melted the entire ice cream that made it overflow on the sides. They handed me the sundae and it immediately spilled all out of the sides all over my car and all over my clothes. They also overfilled the fountain drinks that were spilling all over the sides. The burgers condiments were over flowing and all over the wrappers too.A ten dollar meal turned into a 600 dollar detail within one second. Wow.
Very poor customer service. I don't see how people in customer service can be so rude.I felt very disrespected and a burden. When I pulled up to the drive through intercom.I asked to sub a hamburger that is a 2 for $6 at the time. With a meal that had two of the same hamburgers as the 2 for $6, I was told NO and then heard laughing through the intercom. A little irritating. Usually you get a sorry we cant do that. Or something to that manner. Then when we picked up the food. No eye contact made when I was handed my drink, then tried to ask for an iced water, after my order was handed to me. But as soon as the bag was handed out the window the man just left. All as if they wanted nothing more but to do bare minimum at their job.The lady who took the money seemed nice. She was very polite with good manners. Left the window with a thank you and have good day.Don't go to this place for any special request on a meal. Or expecting to feel respected as a paying customer, who helps to pay their wages.
The first time I went to this restaurant to place a family order, I ordered 10 McMuffins and a few drinks. The order was completed and I waited for over 10 minutes. I didn't think the order was complicated and felt like I waited too long. I later realized that this location had higher prices, about 80 cents more than what I was used to at other McDonald's. It may have been a quick order, but for future family orders, I will go elsewhere. I ended up paying over $10 more than I usually do at my regular McDonald's. If the order had been ready in a shorter amount of time, I might have considered it worth it. However, due to the high prices and longer wait time, I will likely look for another option next time.

I have to say that a lot of people complain about the staff at this restaurant. However, what they may not realize is that the employees are very busy and customers can be rude to them. It's important to consider that the staff may be understaffed and have a lot to manage. If you don't like this McDonald's, then cook your own food instead of being rude and lazy. Remember, the employees are also people.
