This restaurant truly relaxes me. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the service is outstanding. I'm a big fan of excellent service, and this place exudes kindness. The food is of high quality and consistently meets my expectations for a breakfast diner. However, it's the service that keeps me coming back. Whenever I crave pancakes, coffee, and a little warmth from a stranger, this is always my go-to spot. View all feedback.
What Marc Schroeder doesn't like about Ihop:
Outrageous prices for mediocre food. And I think I left my atm card, called to inquire the next day because I am on vacation 1500 miles away, guy put me on hold for ten minutes, then came back telling me that he “didn’t know if they had it, the manager would call” me back and of course I didn’t receive a call from them. We got there around 1pm, so not many people but the service was great, even as they were preparing for the afternoon crowd
Good dinner and good atmosphere. Good service and affordable prices.
They take a long time to bring the food even when the place is not very busy.
Everything was delicious and the restaurant was clean. The servers were friendly, but there seemed to be a shortage of staff.
Classic spot to dine in Otay Mesa. The only positive is that it’s usually empty on weekdays, but it tends to get crowded on weekends.
