I'll come here if I need the really hot extract sauce. You hold the good and you have to sign a waiver. For those who want a regular sauce, they have so many to choose. Staff are really helpful if you are not sure what you are looking for. This is a really cool place. View all feedback.

That's a great deal. We visited on holiday. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. To check tons of objects, they could use a larger space! They will even ship and hunt things they do not wear for their customers. We even tried some of the sauces and they are great. Tons of options of dips, marinades, hot sauce, jams, jelly, oils and so much more.
The restaurant is well-organized and clean, making it an enjoyable place to visit. The gentleman who assisted us was very friendly and clearly has a passion for hot sauce. I highly recommend checking this place out. The Ghost Island sauce was my favorite – it had a fantastic fruity flavor at first, followed by a delightful heat.
This restaurant is fantastic! It's ideal for both spice enthusiasts and those just starting out. They offer a wide variety of options and the staff is excellent. There was one gentleman who really made an impression on me—I’m sorry, I can’t remember your name, but you were awesome! We chatted about IB and Ye Ole Plank, and I hope that jogs your memory. The hot sauces were impressive, and the overall experience was wonderful. I will definitely return when I'm back in San Diego!
The Fermented Garlic Hot Sauce has a strong acidity—it's almost like a vinaigrette. It packs a mild kick, perhaps about half as spicy as common table sauces like Tapatio or Frank's RedHot. I found it could use a bit more garlic flavor, but it’s still quite tasty. It would pair well with chicken in a salad. The Mango Garlic Hickory sauce is extremely smoky. The hickory flavor dominates, with just a touch of sweetness from the mango. Despite being labeled as a Carolina Reaper sauce, it's not overly hot—think of the spice level as similar to a fresh habanero, which is about three times hotter than the basic table sauces. There's not much garlic in this one, and the hickory smoke is quite prominent. It’s good, but if you're looking for something with extra heat or a strong garlic flavor, you might want to skip it. We also tried the Mild Mango Salsa, which was delightful and sweet with no heat. It tasted wonderful on fish.
