Fuku Sushi - San Diego

I experienced a significant failure in customer service during my visit. We ordered several dishes, including a poke bowl, but instead received nigiri salmon packaged with a different roll. After bringing it to their attention, we patiently waited for 15 minutes for our poke bowl. When it finally arrived, someone from the kitchen (not wearing a mask) came over and took back our package just to remove the two pieces of nigiri that had been mistakenly included in our order. I've never encountered such a situation before. Why would they take back food that was incorrectly given to us? Due to this poor experience, I won’t be returning. There are plenty of other sushi places in the area that offer better quality food at more reasonable prices.

I usually don’t post reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others about this place. The food was inedible. The fish was of very poor quality and had a strong odor. The roll I received didn’t resemble what was advertised at all. I can’t believe I spent $70 here!

We were on the hunt for sushi for Saturday dinner and we were not disappointed. The three rolls we ordered were delicious, as were the other dishes. We’ll definitely return. It’s a hidden gem in Barrio Logan.

More than likely you’re here because you found this place on doordash or uber eats. This place does not care about helping drivers deliver your food on time. I’ve had to wait as long as 40 minutes for an order. They’re rude and passive aggressive when you ask legit questions about the wait. Don’t get delivery from this place!!!

Delivery time they doordash fine, ordered many different roll w/different fish tuna, sashimi, lachs. all fish were not fresh. $70 in the müll. It's nice we didn't get sick. it smells overwhelming fish. a bite spuck out confirmed. other reviews mention this.
