Denny's - San Diego

I want to see my waiter Alex is a very good waiter. I never have to wait long for my food and it's always there to fill my cup of coffee. If I were his boss, I would definitely give him a raise. I'll tell him when I come on Friday.

We had a great time here. They have nice big booths. We had 7 in our party. We sat in the back so we didn't bother anyone. We all got good food but my husband's potroast was dry. I understand it was late but they should have offered something else. Don't serve old dry food! The wait service was good. We did have to make them fix my check. They overcharged on my cheese hashbrowns.

I enjoy this Denny's more than most Denny's in the area. You know what you're getting at Denny's. It's not high end but for something wholesome and you don't feel like cooking, it'll do better for you than fast food.

I enjoyed my breakfast for dinner. A gland slam 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, turkey bacon and hash browns, yummy. And all of that for under 10 nicks with tax . . . And my AARP card got me a 10% discount. It was the late night time and there wasn't much open. Thank you Denny's!

What a great Denny's! The service was excellent and the food was perfectly cooked. On Sunday morning, we had to wait about 15-20 minutes for a table. Our server, whose name I can't recall but starts with an "F," was incredibly friendly. They checked on us frequently and refilled our water right away – truly fantastic service. If you're in the area, I highly recommend giving this place a try!
