If I gave this place a zero rating. I had flew into the load since I believed in halo halo halo. ordered 3 halo halo for me and friends, after the order I noticed that many people in the load are still waiting for their food to be served. I wait 10 minutes for mine, still they haven't called my name yet. I was in a hurry and asked one of her coworkers where my halo is, and to my surprise they have not done it yet! the person in register had to go back to make my order, and he said he will deliver it to my table. I had to wait 15 minutes to make 3 crazy halos. what is frustrating, they see a lot of their employees in the kitchen do not do anything. they all look like headless chickens running around the kitchen and not doing their job! a dame, who ordered 2 dozen siopao, said she wait for her order for 40 minutes and she still messes her order of siopao. what is so difficult to put siopao in their polystyrene boxes? or to make 3 halohalos? After my halo was made, they just let it sit on the counter. I had to get up to get it instead of what was promised to take it on my table. there was no excuse for delays. no empathy. you should end your job if you don't like what you do! her halo halo tasted terrible. they were super hard. I should have ordered it from Halo-Halo-Platz next door! never come here and waste your money. find another place to satisfy their desire!

They always seem to run out of siopao asado. there several different days and none.

Eating was moderate. to be even worse, they had no A/C and it must have been 85 degrees in there. around 18.30 clock it was cooler when we went outside the facility. the best almost food in san diego.
