my burrito was overcrowded and completely apart. I was upset, I couldn't eat it like a burrito. I went back to the load to see if they could roll it back for me, but they said no and I asked for a bowl. this would have been a 1-star rating, but then the customer service came through. who I suspected was the manager came out and said that was not acceptable and asked me to get a new burrito. she has a new burrito and... What Érica Cecília da Rocha grassi Grassi doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
Just ordered 2 tacos and most toppings fell off on counter. He scoops it both up and placed in! Poor management. 1/2 wore no gloves coming out from back wiping noses. Staff needs educated on health rules! Long line, management doesn't know how to directthem. I thought I was at the San Diego zoo!! View all feedback.
The woman making the tacos was quite rude, and when I ordered a chicken taco, the cashier initially charged me over $6. When I inquired about the price, he claimed it was due to tax and then adjusted it to $3.57. Come on, guys!
The restaurant is quite busy, and as a newcomer, I could have used some assistance, which wasn’t offered. The food, however, was excellent, although it was uncomfortably cold inside. There is parking available, but the area is bustling with shops, making it quite active. Despite these issues, it’s definitely worth visiting; the service is quick, and the food is fresh, hot, and delicious.
Chicken burrito was yummy and healthy with the exception I thought I was adding a mild salsa to it and it turned out to be a 10 on a 10 scale for heat. The salsa overwhelmed the burrito

She became quite passive-aggressive, possibly because a line was starting to form. We went back and forth for a bit, and in the end, she ended up throwing away the adult quesadilla and instructed the kitchen staff to prepare a kids' version instead, which was a waste of food. I don’t expect to be treated like royalty, but I do think that courtesy is important, especially when dealing with someone elderly like my mother. It would have been nice to handle the misunderstanding with a little more kindness.
